I read this in less than 24 hours, I just couldn't stop reading it. From the first few chapters I was hooked. Anyone who is a fan of Simon Kernick should definitely check out this author, as Suspect is better than any book Simon has ever written (and I love his books).
That was what I wrote on a forum a few hours after finishing this book but after thinking about it this book probably wasn't better than every Kernick book but certainly two or three of them. It was still a good read, just didn't like the way the author portrayed Liverpool but whether that was for the character or the author putting his own thoughts onto the character I don't know. Still a must read for fans of this genre though.
